Joseph Thomas, DO, MBA is a proud Pennsylvania native who returned to his home city of Harrisburg in 2017 to join the esteemed residency program at PinnacleHealth, and later joined UPMC Primary Care Good Hope. Most recently, he embarked on a new journey as a solo practitioner.

Dr. Thomas is honored to carry forward the legacy of John E. Muscalus DO, Family Practice, which will now be known as Dr. J Thomas Family Practice. Dr. Muscalus, a cherished friend and mentor, has wholeheartedly embraced this transition after an impressive 39-year tenure as a solo practitioner.
